DRESS: "it" belts: Inspiration from the RSP's lunch at Fig + Olive

The RSP had the pleasure of dining at one of its all time fav NYC lunch spots the other day--Fig + Olive on 5th avenue. While I was there, I had my favorite Sartorialist moment of 2010 to date. There was a girl wearing a simple black shift dress, a vintage black alligator belt cinched at her waist accented with a gold buckle, black ballet flats, and a black tote with gold accents.
